The Old Fire
Station, Worcester
In 2021 GRL purchased the beautiful Worcester Fire Station on Copenhagen Street, near Cathedral Square and the River.
The initial vision of a mixed-use development consisting of commercial and residential space has been achieved, with the ground floor commercial units fronting onto Copenhagen Street now occupied and thriving, and a total of 28 units in a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments on the upper 3 floors creating a vibrant range of stunning city-center apartments.

We’re delighted to announce The Old Fire Station, a collaborative project with KKE Architects, has been honoured with a 2025 RIBA West Midlands Award.
