GRL conducts the selection, fund raising and project delivery for ‘in house’ property development projects.  As such, we actively seek funding partners for profitable collaboration and provide good rates of return on loans, guaranteed against existing holdings. 

To ensure project success, we combine mission focused project management, in which delivery on schedule and to budget is key, with a thorough understanding of the development team set.  Timely co-ordination of the key enablers: Planners, Architects, Environmental Survey, Building Regulations, Structural Engineers, Utilities, QS, and and proactive management of the tender and contracting process.

Where clients hold, inherit or identify property assets, and require additional experience to maximise the value of those assets, Guthrie Roberts can undertake joint ventures, or provide consultancy.

As a legacy of our founding purpose, to help key workers and service personnel onto the property ladder, GRL also delivers bespoke training on property acquisition.
